Halloween weekend is just two days away, people, and with that, the Police have once again given us guidelines on how not to get smacked by a cop on a horse.

State Street will become a glass-free zone for the event, and thrown objects will lead to immediate arrest. The same goes for punching horses: big no-no.

State St. will be closed from 7:30 pm until 1:30 am for Freakfest. Hopefully they won't have to bring out the SWAT team to push everyone out. As reported earlier, Lifehouse will be rocking the main stage. Everyone will be sure to hang by a moment for all their classic, coming-of-age hits.

Ticketmaster will also be getting in on the action by sponsoring the event, along with Mountain Dew. 

It truly is amazing how in the course of only two years the city has managed to take a chaotic orgy of inebriation and mold it into a fresh piece of capitalistic charm.
