From the beginning of the end for frats, to an uncanny amount of party busts, to Mary Desler's reign of terror, it looks like Northwestern is really cracking down on anything that keeps our school at least socially functional.

And it looks like students are starting to notice. In an uncommon step away from apathy, Students for a Free Northwestern starts, replete with facebook group and blog. Though still small, it's a step in the right direction against the annihilation of good times.

For the sake of the rest of this year and the students of the future, we should probably hope this catches on. Unless of course, everyone in the group gets expelled, which doesn't seem so outlandish according to some of the horror stories floating around.
