In a strange case of irony, Ed McMahon was sought out by credit bureau, Experian, to star in their FreeCreditReport.com commercials.

In not one but two viral videos, McMahon will be rapping (yes, rapping) in a tracksuit while being chauffeured about Los Angeles in a golf cart.

McMahon, whose daughter went to Quinnipiac and has the School of Communications named after him, had been in the news due to his own financial troubles.

The videos will appear online next month.
