Over the weekend, New Brunswick experienced a major temperature drop and a lot of rain.

An ocean away, Cyclone Nargis had ripped through the Irrawaddy delta of Burma, and the death toll is climbing towards 50,000.

Today, an earthquake with the magnitude of 7.9 (the strongest in several decades) devestated the Sichuan province of China, and so far 10,000 are reported dead or missing.

Suddenly the miserable weather at home seems like nothing.
