Women, hide your children...Blog War 2008 is Upon Us.

     The gloves are off, the fists are flailing, and nobody is getting physically hurt. My kind of fight. As I myself am always one for more verbal and mental abuse than physical damage (don’t want anything to happen to this pretty little face), the Blog War 2008 has officially begun.

Many of you have probably read my opponents’ blog, as he has been on OTR far longer than I…when in fact, I was the one who first informed HIM of the potential this website had to offer. As time passed, he became well known in OTR world as a “comedian” or “funny man” if you will, living in NYC and writing about his wild and crazy adventures. You all know him as JTEverett…but I know him solely as JT. Although our friendship has lasted for many a year, this task before us could be the deciding moment on who shall live…and who shall live with less of an ego boost.

The game is afoot…whoever manages to become more popular on OTR is the victor…taking into account college “hot” ranking, as well as individual popularity (ie. Number of comments, number of popular blog rankings, number of featured articles, etc.) the victor will be decided come the Fifth of November…well not really, but I always wanted to say “Remember, remember the Fifth of November”…instead…by Fifth of November I mean January 1, 2009.

So, does thou care to join in this fiasco of wits, words, and utter immaturity?

I darest thou…this shall be a battle for the ages.
