Ladies, ladies, ladies! It's summertime and the sticky, humid weather has us stepping into trendy, yet revealing threads to keep cool. As they say, “if you've got it, flaunt it!"
 

High-waisted short shorts are in, and celebrities have definitely been sporting them.
