Schiano's Secret

It is revealed in the Star Ledger that life for coach Greg Schiano of the Rutgers football team is even sweeter than we had previously thought.
In this article, we find out that a secret addendum releases him from the obligation of paying $500,000 in the event of an early leave from his contract as compensation for projected delays in the stadium construction. This, on top of the $1.6 million the man makes per year makes him the most beloved member of the Rutgers faculty if love is measured by the size of his paycheck.
I don't know about the other 8,000,000+ members of the New Jersey populace, but I'm feeling a little indignant about the "secret" aspect of this addendum. As someone who contributes to his hefty salary, and who is more than a little disgruntled at the budget cuts threatening the school's academic programs, I think it's a minimal act of respect and courtesy for the school to be completely honest with how much money goes to the coach.
So what I'm trying to say is, the football team better win every god damn game this year.
No pressure or anything.
