Skinny Website? More Like Creepy Website

Skinny Website? More Like Creepy Website

If you're a reader of internet tabloids (that covers most internet-using American college students), you may have come across the bizarre phenomenon of the wildly popular Skinny Website.

While Perez Hilton offers annoying, but bonafied juicy gossip on the hilariously messed up lives (and deaths) of celebrities, the Skinny Website focuses solely on one thing: the celebrity's weight change. The blog posts are filled with completely serious analysis on whether or not the said celebrity looks skinnier or fatter compared to the last time they were photographed by paparazzi, in the same tone as someone writing about relevant topics like the coming presidential elections or the war in Iraq.

There are far better things to be serious (or not serious) about. Personally, I'd much rather browse through Go Fug Yourself, a site dedicated on atrociously garbed celebrities accompanied with scathing reviews, and completely light-hearted commentary that no one can take seriously. Now that's what a quality gossip site is meant to be like.
