Things You Do For Money
The Food Science Department paid a number of students $40 to record what they eat for three days, and then have their blood drawn. To the largely unemployed college crowd, it seemed like easy money.

Sadly, it seems that some students neglected their own fears, or comforted themselves that a little pinprick won't hurt anyone. But at the site of the blood drawing today, the nurse from St. Peter's Hospital joked  that one of her large male subjects wouldn't stop shaking, and had to leave without completing the procedure.

If the potential embarrassment isn't enough to make you think twice about signing up for something you might not be able to do, remember that you don't get paid if you can't complete the trial.
