Why We Actually Did Beat Michigan Two Weeks Ago - Forfeit
Uhhh ... What Michigan game?

Just to add to a college football season that gets stranger each week, the Penn State loss to Michigan might be overturned because a Michigan player violated eligibility rules. And although Anthony "Bad Tattoo" Morelli doesn't want to talk about the Michigan game, maybe he'll want to after this. It looks complicated, and a forfeit is a shitty way to put a win on your record, but we'll take what we can get at this point.

Artis Chambers, a freshman safety on the Michigan squad, was apparently eligible for non-conference games, but ineligible for games against Big Ten teams. Although he didn't play in their win against Northwestern on Saturday, Chambers did play against Penn State on September 22. Obviously Chambers had a lot to do with the win for Michigan, since he has one assisted tackle.

It's probably unlikely that the Big Ten will overturn the Penn State loss. But if they do we have one thing to say: Suck it Johnny Quest.
