St. John's plans to host a lecture from MTV's Gideon Yago. The lecture is entitled "Gideon Yago, Making Politics Real and Relevant."

It will surely be the hipest thing to happen at St. John's since the last "cool" lecture given by the creator of Craigslist.com, Craig... I forget his last name.

Gideon says his presentation is a "hip look at the presidential race and other newsworthy events around the world." He will put the Obama vs. McCain issues into a Guitar Hero-Apple generation context. For example, "the offshore drilling situation is harder to figure out than Rock Band drums on expert"
