I wasn't sure what people meant when I heard that Nancy Pelosi had Rickrolled America. I thought maybe a video of her doing something stupid was making the rounds virally, and that the next link I clicked on might be a video of her picking her nose or something.

Not so, Pelosi posted her first video to the Congressional  YouTube page, which alleges itself to be the "Capitol Cat Cam," which does in fact sound like something that would be posted by Pelosi to try and be funny. However, at the thirty second mark, the video changes over to the man himself, Rick Astley.

I thought someone might have done some sort of insane hacking job to do this, but a little comment popped up that said "Don't know why you're seeing Rick Astley? Google "Rickroll." Would a hacker bother with that? No. I think it's actually Pelosi (or more likely, one of her aides) being well....funny. 

Congress embracing Rickrolling is change I can believe in.
