Obama picked Delaware senator Joe Biden, in an attempt to reclaim his lead by confusing old people. But, even if they aren't confused, it will give them a reason to still vote for an old white guy.

Definitely a smart choice by Obama.

While those hoping  for an Obama/Gore ticket will be disappointed, this isn't a bad alternative -- at all. Obama is an inspiration for hope in a time of mediocrity, and Biden is a old hard-ass who won't let another election slip through the Democrats' fingers again, like it did in 2000.

Now, everyone's attention turns to John McCain...

Who does he have on his short list? Mitt Romney? Mike Huckabee? Hope not. Doubt anyone wants to vote for a walking artifact and his overly religious friend.
