SNL is coming back September 13! With Host Michael Phelps and musical guest L'il Wayne, Saturday Night Live will also be featuring new writing and performing talent. NYC improvisational comedian Bobby Moynihan will be the newest addition to the cast.

He was scouted at Amy Poehlers improvisational comedy theater called The Upright Citizens Brigade theater. He performs there every Friday with his team the Stepfathers, one of the best improv troupes in the art.

Rumor has it that he was signed on two years ago, but due to the writers strike they did not have the budget for another cast member.

Coming from a person who sees him perform every week, Bobby Moynihan is an amazing performer and comedian. I urge everybody to tune in September 13 at 11:30 and see the beginning of a talent that arguably rivals Chris Farley.
