A seemingly mundane weekly event has resulted in a remarkable phenomenon off the College Avenue campus. Wednesday mornings on Ray Street are garbage pickup, and for the last three weeks without fail, the trash bins -- filled to the brim with garbage and proudly displayed on the sidewalk -- have united in a confluence of odors one Rutgers student described as "complete ass."

When asked to comment, no one was willing to take their hand off their nose long enough to finish a sentence.
