No, there isn't any blood in the water.
It's the first day back to Bing, and there are signs everywhere banning water consumption. The signs are hand written, and look as though they were put up urgently. Apparently something in the filtration system burst, causing a the water to be contaminated.
Earlier this afternoon, as I took a brisk stroll into CIW for some free food, two fire hydrants were shooting water out furiously, flooding the parking lots. I suppose the people here at Binghamton are doing what they can to fix the situation.
