Mad Moose is Binghamton’s newest student bar as of the last academic year. When it first opened, Mad Moose tried to hold some integrity by having the strictest of the I.D policies, but soon got rid of that policy when the absolute vast majority of student bar goers (read: underage drinkers) didn’t patronize Mad Moose. Now it generally has a good show of students, is the classiest of the student bars, and the bathrooms are always clean. The Mad Moose also features live music, a unique feature of student bars. The creepy walk from the rest of the aside, Mad Moose is a good place to chill with friends when the Rat is too packed.
