We have all wondered if there is life on other planets. Some people are convinced that there actually is. No one knows for sure but we may find out soon enough.
Scientists have discovered three super-Earths that orbit around a single star, the way our Earth orbits the Sun. It is unclear whether or not there really is life on them. Scientists are just excited that there are other worlds out there besides our own.
One researcher at UC-Berkeley is convinced that within the next five years, they will discover Earth’s twin somewhere out there. While this certainly is exciting news, I am not sure what they’re more likely to celebrate: the discovery of extra-terrestrial life or their advanced technology.
You decide.
