Despite the notion that college guys are against any sorting of traditional dating method in order to hook up with girls, it seems that there is a new and surprising rumor out: dating is in. Apparently, guys are looking into a more realistic way to get to know someone, instead of the usual bar slash house party where the lights are dimmed and the techno music is blasting. While most girls definitely seem pleased about this new way of interacting with someone of interest, I can’t help but feel skeptical. While it definitely seems nice in theory to be treated like an actual respectable girl, I wonder how long this phase will last. But, I could be wrong altogether; it is only still a rumor and I’m sure there are still the majority of guys reluctant to take a girl anywhere beyond Campus. Oh well, at least it’s a step in the right direction.
