Stress Reduction Program Set To Stress Out Students
As reported in SU News, starting September 27, Syracuse students can enjoy a free eight-week course in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). The course is offered by the SU Counseling Center and Dr. David Monsour and will meet Thursday nights from 6-8 p.m.

Thanks, SU, for your never-ending attempts to provide students with ample opportunities to manage their busy lives. However, while students are in the class, they'll likely find themselves thinking about the thousands of better things they could be accomplishing during those two valuable hours.
