Boise State v. University of Idaho Rivalry Match (A.K.A. party) is on!

The bi-annual away game of Boise State  versus University of Idaho is finally upon Bronco fans, but many fans aren’t going to the game. Unfortunately, the Idaho ‘rivalry’ pits an undefeated team against a team running 2-8. Where U of I lacks in football, it makes up for in other areas, like Greek life.

With some fraternity houses older than 90...

Declare Yourself, a national non-partisan group focused on encouraging young people to vote, is at it again. In the recently uploaded sequel to ‘Don’t Vote,’ the pro-voting campaign once again taps a myriad of celebrities to convince youth to register and hit the booths.

Some highlights of the video are Justin Timberlake justifying himself wit...

Social Networking Utilities That are Well Overdue

Top five drinking games (in ascending order of how drunk you get)

When going to parties, it is important to know how hammered you want to be by the end of the night. Setting a limit on how many drinks you consume or bringing friends to cut you off are two practical, yet somewhat boring, ways to make sure you don’t end up making a bigger fool of yourself than you plan on doing. Next time someone starts to offer...

BSU Takes Politics More Seriously Than Politicians

In lieu of the upcoming election, Boise State’s student run lecture series, Vox Discipuli, hosted two nationally recognized pundits in a political debate earlier today. Is it ridiculous to anyone else that a small state school hosted a more cogent sounding debate than the recent vice presidential one?

Peter Beinart and Jonah Goldberg, editors,...

Obama Genealogy May Win Election

Obama Genealogy May Win Election

There’ve been quite a few controversies (and by controversy, I mean facetious rhetoric for rednecks) regarding Obama’s eligibility for presidency. Some say he wasn’t born in America. Meanwhile, the rest of America has been asked the question ‘Is America ready for a black president?’ and then ‘Is Obama black enough?’ Now Obama’s heritage looks as...
