The Governator has until October 14 to decide if fast food restaurants should be required to post nutrition facts. SB 120 would require “restaurants with 15 or more locations to include nutritional information on their menus.” (Thanks Aggie for the great writing).

It's odd that a number of the fast food restaurtants in town don't have drive-thru's (Burger King, Taco Bell, Arby's, McDonand's), but people, that doesn't mean you can take it upon yourself to create one in any establishment you choose.
