This is why, contrary to popular belief, our mascot actually ****ing rules. In Bangkok, elephants roam the streets, causing damage and disorder (hey, we already learned that they break into booze over in India...) and have caused the government to set up a "Stray Elephant Task Force" -- the new name for TUPD, anyone?
