According to Kappa Alpha Order member Daniel Alexander, the word 'frat' is "rife with derogatory sentiments and slanderous undertones." Is this common abbreviation really that offensive?

Fire Breaks Out At Kappa Alpha Order House This Morning
The CDT is reporting that a fire broke out at the Kappa Alpha Order house on 234 E. Beaver Ave. around 4a.m. today. No one was injured, but it's unclear if the fraternity members will be able to return to the house even though it was labeled "a small fire." Not a good way to s... MORE »
