Video has emerged of the hilariously notorious skirmish between the ambassadors of each respective side of American political extremism.

Horowitz is explaining the "backwards" policies of many Islamic countries in regards to women, and Barrett feels he should be able to ask a question.

The crowd seems to disagree.

The best part? Barrett saying "Don't taze me, bro!"
