Looks like the Madoff fatalities haven’t just been to the pockets of investors defrauded by the Ponzi scheming trader. Access International Advisers founder Rene-Thierry Magon de la Villehuchet has been found dead at his Manhattan office after losing $1.4 billion to Madoff and apparently slitting his own wrists.
