So, as promised, I checked out Snappy Sushi ... and was sadly disappointed. Hot new dining place in downtown Springfield: Kai!!!

 

Open Monday through Saturday, this classy joint features cozy private booths arrayed with crimson curtains, disco ball lighting and atmosphere, and a color-changing screen wall.
