Apparently in Tampa Bay, football is so important that rooting for any other time is an arrestable offense. A guy named Steve tells The Consumerist that he travelled all the way to Tampa to watch his favorite team, the Raiders, play the Buccaneers and he ended up handcuffed, detained, frisked and ejected without being given any reason at all.
