LaptopLex's Travel Journal: Tokyo Airport
What will those crazy Japanese think of next?

My tour of the Dirty East is supposed to formally in Sapporo. Unfortunately, no one wants to go there and I must fly through Tokyo in order to reach the promised land of Asian beer (in all fairness, it still all tastes like piss). Still, Narita was not a complete

"Wanna get away?" Summer is the perfect time for students to visit their favorite vacation spots, whether the destination is local, domestic, or abroad. But how to avoid the jacked-up prices and recent obligatory baggage fee? The latter, I'm not so sure about, unless you make it a point not to

Where oh where to Study Abroad? (the top 5)
5)Paris- the city of love! Good wine, people are a little snooty at times, but there are almost infinity things to do. 4)Scotland: jolly people, great fun and lots of ancient history in the form of castles, ghosts and kings. 3)London. Who can say no to tea, the Queen and quintessential British-ness? Not I. And the dry wit is killer. 2)Berlin. 24-hour clubbing. The beer is fresh, the people amusing, and the culture is fresh and young. 1)Prague. As a "new" popular place, the attractions are growing everyday. Everyone speaks English, everything is cheap, and I cannot wait to go back.
Would you pick Berlin- king of beers, or Scotland, which has real royalty... Weigh up your options in Europe. (Berlin, Germany)

File Under "Of Course This Would Happen"

                                                        It looked something like this.

After what seemed like weeks and weeks of okay days - some might even say it was "nice" at times - that good old Chicago weather came shining through. And as usual, the clouds and freezing rain came right

Dude, there are like, better ways to travel.

Gainesville’s dinky regional airport has only two departure gates, which is why their astronomical fares are pretty surprising.
