I know we're not in an "exceptional" or "extreme" drought anymore, but last I checked, UNC Chapel Hill is extremely conscious about water conservation. So why Thursday night was there a giant water spout near the sidewalk on Cameron? That thing definitely wastes more water than a longer-than-four-minute shower.
