Engineering 2008: Superheroes & Oral Fixations

For those of you attending today's School of Engineering Commencement ceremony, you may have noticed that a certain playboy billionaire received a degree in Electrical Engineering. Does the name Tony Stark ring any bells? If you've been to see box-office smash Iron Man or are one of Tufts' many secret nerds then you probably smirked when you heard the name of the popular comic book character. After some detective work, it turns out that Mr. Stark is an impostor; rather, it was simply a brilliant move on the part of Neeraj Shukla (E '08). In any event, Tony / Neeraj / whomever you are, we wish you all the best.

Another sight to behold at this year's Engineering Commencement was Bennett Hillenbrand (E' 08) toting a massive victory cigar as he handed in his name card and swaggered over to receive his diploma. Who knew engineers were this much fun?
