Spotted: Above the Starbucks at the Arlington T-stop on Newbury Street this weekend, one resident thought he was clever enough to trick unsuspecting passerby into grabbing at the goods, just as he reeled them out of their reach.

If I caught pearls and a lovely box from Tiffany's every time I went fishing, I would have a fishing rod permanently attached to my hand. If only it were that easy...
