Cai Guo-Qiang's exhibition "I Want to Believe" at the Guggenheim Museum: I want to believe this is art.
It's a good day for used car salesmen when you can ram some neon lights through old cars and get the resulting "art" displayed in one of the best museums in the world. Don't get me wrong -- I applaud the Guggenheim for featuring a Chinese artist for the first time, and seeing this in person is actually really badass. But you have to wonder if great classical artists -- Eastern and Western -- aren't tossing in their graves right now.
