It's official, Kosta Koufos has declared for the draft. Kosta announced his intentions on Monday, but he also made everyone aware that he is not hiring an agent at this time. By not signing an agent, Koufos retains his eligibility in case he does not get any Lottery Pick promises. If he does not hire an agent and gets out of the draft in time, Koufos would return to OSU.

At this point Koufos is projected to be at the end of the lottery to the middle of the first round. Most prospects want guarantees of being picked in the lottery to stay. I would say it is 80% certain Koufos will simply leave the draft to become a top 10 pick next year.
