A Christian fraternity is suing the University of Florida for gender and religious discrimination, which ironically, is what the fraternity is all about. Beta Upsilon Chi, aka Brothers Under Christ, might as well just change their letters to Kappa Kappa Kappa. The group decided to sue after UF refused to recognize the fraternity as an official student organization because the fraternity excludes students who aren’t Christian and limits membership only to men.
