Overheard: Mexico Not Real
Overheard at Carmichael Dining Hall during finals week:

Girl: So, yeah, if I don't get into that program, I'll probably be studying abroad in Mexico.
Guy: Mexico? That's doesn't count. That's not studying abroad; it's studying across the border.

Did I miss the memo? Did Mexico get sent down to the minor leagues? Is it just Diet Texas? Hope you're happy, buddy. Now some poor IR major is so mad that not even the latest UN resolution will help him get it up.
