Tony Joiner Will Face Charges Within 30 Days
Tony Joiner, whose first name is apparently Earl, was arrested for trying to steal his girlfriend’s car from Watson’s Towing impound lot, where it was being held overnight.

He was taken to the Alachua County Jail, booked at 6:07 a.m., and released hours later at 1:17 p.m.  Unfortunately, that wasn’t the end of Joiner’s troubles.

Even though the impound lot’s manager, Stan Forron, says the whole thing was a misunderstanding, the State Attorney's Office will still charge Joiner within 30 days.

Worst case scenario: Joiner will be dragged off the football field (and possibly tasered) while tackling one of the boys of LSU, Kentucky, Georgia, or Vanderbilt.

If that’s the case, hopefully he’ll sneak roommate Tim Tebow a farewell kiss on his way out.
