We at TuftsOTR are pleased to relay a very special message to a resident of 167 College Ave who was passed out in the front yard of his house in his underwear around 7:30 yesterday morning:

"Dude, you are soooooo lucky I didn't have my cell phone with me. Otherwise, you might be the new cover boy for TuftsOTR. But nice boxers, BTW."
