Vick 'Em

Vick 'Em
Our most famous alumnus, Michael Vick, has indirectly caused some more controversy. Some kids at Texas Tech decided it would be funny to sport/sell this t-shirt, depicting a football player hanging the Texas A&M mascot by the neck. It's no secret Texas Tech and Texas A&M are major rivals (think VT vs. UVA, but worse), but a lot of people think the t-shirt was crossing the line. The frat that was selling the t-shirts got suspended.

Officials at Texas Tech don't know how to take a joke. People are going to make stupid t-shirts!  Banning the frat from selling the shirts is one thing, but suspending them is a bit harsh, don't you think?
