These are the rudest, most arrogant, most delusional in all of football. Obviously it makes sense that OSU is #1, but I’d add Michigan to that list. Those kids are retarded about football and their team isn’t even that good.

but seriously, all I can say is that I know Ohio State has VERY PASSIONATE fans..passionate is the absolute right word. It is hard not to be..you fall in love with that school if you go there and are a part of buckeye nation..much like you do at any other school..
from the outside you can't understand it, fro Posted 06/11/2008 6:46 PMReply
From an OSU nut.... :)
Michigan grad off your porch? They make so money, why the hell would you need to pay them for any pizza? They aren't cheap- get your facts straight. Ann Arbor is one of the most expensive places to live in the United States unlike the armpit of America. Posted 06/11/2008 7:43 PMReply

I'm pretty sure the Bucks have every right to be as obnoxious and excited as football as they are. National Champions in 2002, and 2 straight years in the BCS bowl since then.
And looking at the list, it seems a majority of those teams are all pretty great at football, and sports in general. Maybe somebody is just a little jealous or bitter. If you consider the fact that we cheer when we beat your asses, then yes, "obnoxious". Hmm. Posted 06/12/2008 12:05 PMReply

What kind of "class" does this represent to you? Do you behave like that at sporting events? ANY events?
This is no reflection on The Vest, a generally classy guy (in public, at least) who has eliminated most of the dirty play that characterized Ohio State during the Cooper era. Both Tressel and Kirk Herbstreit have publicly chastised the OSU fans over their behavior.
A video like this couldn't be made in Ann Arbor. If anything, fans there are criticized for their lack of passion and coolly intellectual, wine-and-cheese approach to the game. It's a valid complaint. It's who they are, and why they are often mistakenly viewed as "arrogant". It's not that they think they're superior. It's that dimwits just don't get 'em.
The week leading up to the Michigan game, newscasters in Columbus--a substantial city with professional sports teams--dress in school colors. The day Bo Schembechler died, the Dead Schembechlers were scheduled to play at the annual Hate Michigan rally at OSU.
Michigan fans don't lose perspective to nearly that degree. During the last Michigan-OSU contest in Ann Arbor there were students on campus who were oblivious to the game. There probably wasn't a person in the whole city of Columbus who wasn't keyed up about it.
What could stir such intense focus on, and hatred for, one competitor?
Gee. Could it possibly be envy? Posted 06/14/2008 10:45 AMReply
Gee. Could it possibly be envy?"
to be honest..........yes.......though i don't really like to admit it.......i'm not the only one of a huge legion of buckeyes to tell you that we buckeyes feel very insecure and inferior to you guys up in michigan. we just don't like to admit it to you guys that's all. Sorry, but Virginia Tech isn't a school; it's a way of life. Pretty much all of Southwest Virginia is Hokie Country, USA. Posted 10/24/2008 5:56 PMReply
I’m not saying either school is better than the other, I just wish fans could be more respectful towards each other. If you don’t show respect, than you probably won’t get it in return, but unfortunately as I see it now, showing respect still doesn’t guarantee anything. Posted 11/20/2009 02:06 AMReply
