Some die-hard fans go on sports roadtrips... traveling around the country to see their favorite teams play. One pair of not-quite-fans made a similar journey around the country, but with a much more devious plan.

During the UGA season opener when the whole city of Athens was drunk and crowded into the stadium, two opportunistic thieves hit eight fraternity houses and two off-campus homes, stealing thousands of dollars worth of electronics. There was no sign of forced entry though, because why bother locking the door?

But Bulldogs weren't their only target. Police now believe the same football-fun-ruining pair may be responsible for stealing from frats houses at the University of Alabama, Ole Miss and the University of Florida.

The cops have even identified a possible suspect: Floyd Russell Hill, of Gainesville, FL. No warrants have been issued, though, since the matter may soon fall into the FBI's hands. That's right Floyd, you should be scared. That's what happens when you commit crimes and cross states lines.

Luckily the criminals mostly took computers, TVs and other electronics, and not the beer or liquor. Now THAT would put a damper on tailgates.
