Superman & Kumar Go to the Laundromat to Stump for Obama

Superman & Kumar Go to the Laundromat to Stump for Obama
Who wouldn't take political cues from these great minds of our time?

Why is everybody using the term "stump" all of a sudden?  Anyway...
Brandon Routh (better known as that guy who played "Superman") and Kal Penn  (largely known as that dude from "Harold & Kumar Go to Whitecastle"...no, the other guy) were in Madison today campaigning for Obama at Laundry 101, a campaign "headquarters."

I've been wondering who that guy from "Van Wilder 2: The Rise Of Taj" was voting for--thank goodness that burning question has been settled and I now know who to vote for!  As the story goes, the two "...shared how Obama has inspired them with a crowd of students and community members gathered among laundry machines. "

Imagine going to wash that 3-week pile-up of clothes and running into these two?  Random!  Look, dude, I just want to wash my favorite jeans, not hear about your inspirational revelation.  Now pass the Clorox.

On a related note, Barack Obama and Bill Clinton were both in Madison this week, on Tuesday and Thursday respectively.  I couldn't make it to either, but here's what I hear went down:
Tuesday:  "Hope...change...hope...change...yay!!!"
Thursday: "Solutions...experience...solutions...experience...yay!!!"
