Thanksgiving may do a lot for your well being, but nothing for your waistline
After a long weekend home with family & friends, most of us have stuffed our faces with enough food to feed a family of eight. With 'welcome home' meals and Thanksgiving dinner, we have all most likely busted a button or two and are finding that our skinny jeans are feeling extra skinny. But with only a few weeks left until winter break, the battle to beat the bulge is officially on and there is absolutely no time to waste. So if you are looking to shed a few Thanksgiving pounds before your next home coming, here are a few pointers on how to lose a few after a big Thanksgiving gain:
In order to redeem yourself and your body, one must rid themselves of anything reminiscent of Thanksgiving. Basting should only be allowed for drinking, cranberry is only to be mixed with vodka and absolutely no more stuffing - the food or your face.
