Dear California Aggie,

I would like to congratulate you on winning the "Best Headline of the Year" award with your headline "Smoke-Free Apartments Project fights residential smoke". If ever you were trying to increase readership, blatantly redundant headlines as well as leaving very little "news" to the content of the story would be the way to go.

Great job Aggie, keep up the "good" work.
