Though the new season of Girls Next Door is currently airing on E! network Holly Madison is no longer with Hef! Their relationship started going downhill when Hef learned he was no longer able to father children, which is what Holly wanted. She wanted to get married and have children with Hugh but with his low sperm count that is just not possible, so she has moved on.

And don't worry about old Hef , he wasted no time finding new arm candy. He is currently with a set of 19-year-old twins, Karissa and Kristina Shannon, that where actually introduced to him by Holly after she directed a pictorial featuring the girls this summer. I hope Hef is happy with the Shannon twins but they will never take the place of Holly, Bridget, and Kendra in the hearts of the many that came to enjoy them on The Girls Next Door.
