1.    Palomino: A classic, posh bar recently spruced up a tired menu with new drinks and appetizers. I’ve always loved the cosmic ritas, but change is progress, right?

2.    Acapulco: Tequila is my new fave by process of elimination because I’ve either gotten sick of/tired of the other classics, namely rum and vodka. But yay Margarita Monday! It’s a nice way to start off a long week.

3.    Yamato: This is newest addition to the block and though I haven’t been, I’ve heard good things. But can you really get better than $5 sushi rolls?

4.    Damon and Pythias: Two dollar beer and garlic fries are delish. So is the strawberry steak salad. Damon and Pythias is upscale, fast food. And with happy hour, it’s also cheap, so you win in all three categories.
