I do not understand why a mother would not want to give any information to help find her child. I think Casey and anyone else should be charged with obstructing justice if they know anything regarding the whereabouts of Caylee. That would include the lawyer who is defending Casey. It is sad that anyone knowing anything regarding Caylee is not coming forward with information to help find Caylee. I am sure Caylee is scared, if she is even alive. That baby does not deserve the treatment her own mother is giving her. I agree she should be charged with negligence because if she knows anything she should tell it all! I am a mother of one and can't even imagine NOT saying anything to help find my child if he was missing! I would be telling EVERYTHING.
