Biden Shirks Teaching Duties To Play Obama's Number 2

So the thing about being picked for the VP spot is that you are expected to just drop everything else going on in your life.

It’s like, forget about that date you made, that vacation you were supposed to go on and oh yeah, your day job. Besides being senator of Delaware, Joe Biden is also an adjunct professor of constitutional law at the Delaware’s Widener Law School, but for how much longer?

Biden has taught the seminar for the past 17 years in conjunction with Professor Robert Hayman, Jr. However, this semester, the class may have to go on without him. How will the students be able to survive?

The Wall Street Journal’s Law Blog explores Biden’s vital role:

According to a report on Roll Call, Hayman said that, in the past, he’s managed the administrative duties for the class and read all of the student papers. He then proposes grades to Biden. Biden may then suggest changes to the grades Hayman has suggested, but Hayman said that is rare. “I haven’t had the audacity to ask when he has approved my grades, ‘Well, did you really read them?’” Hayman said.

He just lets Hayman make all the decisions? What is he, just vice-professor?
