Dr. Death graced UF's campus tonight, speaking about...what else but assisted suicide (although he could not go into detail on the subject according his parole).

He also threw in some information about the 9th ammendement and an entire new way of reforming the court system.

Somewhere during the speech he mentioned how American citizens should be allowed to carry a kilogram of cocaine and loaded uzies freely through the streets.

He also said that blacks were the one unified population that would cause change in America. This got cheers and a few black power fists.

Many references were made to "the Tyrant" and the similarities between Nazi Germany and our current government.

He commended the officer who refused to go to war.  He told everyone not to vote in the next election

Yes, many interesting points were brought up, but like many political Libertarians, he went too far and went too radical. Ron Paul is a popular and obvious example who comes to mind. 

The audience was surprisingly subdued. As Kevorkian turned the pages to his speech reference materials, the Center was dead silent. Get it? Dead silent? Because he killed people?

Only a few boos were issued, mostly when he bashed the armed troops overseas and said that they should not be considered heroes for doing their jobs.

"Modified genocide" and "armed missionaries" were some key phrases he used along with many Latin and Greek based terms he coined for some of his political ideas.

Overall entertaining, especially when the questions started being asked. Plenty of curt, cranky old man responses with accusations that the questioner was trying to trick the audience and never read Kevorkian's publications.

No telling how much flak I will get for that Libertarian/Ron Paul comment.
