The current residents at "Party Central" on Central Street are a fun bunch. They throw hippie-friendly parties with plenty of sangria and cheap beer, and provide a snazzily decorated garage for druken mingling amidst colored lights and found-objects-turned-artworks.

The centerpiece of last Friday's party is pictured here: a seven foot tall hookah converted from thrift store vase. Passerby can admire the impressive contraption, but can do no more with it.

It wasn't for lack of trying, folks. No one had the lung capacity to suck on this baby hard enough to get a puff of fruity flavored smoke that night.
